Deposit
A deposit of £30.00 per room is required to secure a booking. Once this has been received, a letter of confirmation will be sent to you.
Cancellation of bookings
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your arrival will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Single
occupancy
We have one single room, all other rooms are let as a double or twin. In the case of single occupancy of a double room, the full room rate less £5.00 for one breakfast will apply.
These rates apply from May until the
end of October 2008.
Minimum stay of two nights also applies in this period.
Time of arrival
Whenever possible, arrival is 3.30pm. If for any reason, this is not convenient, please let us know prior to your arrival.
