Breakfast menu
We serve a selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts and fruit juices for you to enjoy before your cooked breakfast. Porridge is also available*.
A cooked breakfast follows. This usually
includes toast and a full English breakfast with an egg, either
scrambled, poached, fried or boiled (your choice). As an alternative
to the full English breakfast, we also have fillet of Craster
kipper with scrambled eggs.
If there is anything else you would like to see on the breakfast table, please ask and if we haven’t got it, we will have it by the next day.
* If you would prefer porridge, please let us know the evening before.
Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 9.00am.
Evening meal Complimentary Sherry served in the lounge prior to dinner
To start: Caramelised Red onion tarts with pecorino sauce.
Main course: Thistleyhaugh’s own Roast free range organic duck with British ,seasonal vegetables.
Sweet: Individual melting hot chocolate orange puddings.
Followed by tea or coffee, and after dinner drinks in the lounge or garden room
